Become a certified American Safety & Health Institute (ASHI) Instructor. We are offering a special class for those interested in becoming a certified ASHI Instructor to teach others the following courses: • CPR and AED for Adults, Children and Infants • First Aid w/ Universal Precaution • HIV/AIDS and Bloodborne Pathogens. This is a Blended Learning course: The online information will be emailed to you 1 to 3 days after your registration is processed. The online portion must be successfully completed prior to the two Face-to-Face (Zoom Conferencing) classes which are on September 24 & 25, 2020 at 9:00AM to 1:00PM.

PCM Annual Recertification (Zoom)

This intensive three-hour course fulfills the annual renewal requirements for currently certified PCM practitioners eligible for annual renewal. The course focuses on review of the nonphysical strategies taught in the initial PCM course. PCMA has provided a waiver for the physical strategies at this time. This training will be offered through Zoom conference and online test.

*Twenty (20) hours of an Intro to Applied Behavior Analysis is a required pre-requite to take this course. Registered Behavior Technicians work in home-care environments, in centers, or in schools providing one-on-one therapy and behavioral assistance to those diagnosed with autism, other developmental disabilities and behavioral disorders. Professional Crisis Management (PCM) Initial 3 Day Training (COVID-19 test requried prior to training)

COVID-19 test (rapid test not acceptable), taken within 3 days of first class, showing results of negative/not detected is mandatory prior to participation in the class. Developed and governed by the Professional Crisis Management Association, this intensive three (3) day reactive strategies course takes a cognitive-behavior approach to managing behaviors.
