Professional Crisis Management Initial 3 Day Training (class is full. See August 15)

COVID-19 test (rapid test not acceptable), taken within 3 days of first class, showing results of negative/not detected is mandatory prior to participation in the class.
Developed and governed by the Professional Crisis Management Association, this intensive three (3) day reactive stratigies course takes a cognitive-behavior approach to managing behaviors. This course teaches nonphysical and physical strategies to implement with individuals exhibiting crisis behaviors in a safe and stable way.
