CPR – Heartsaver
Duration: Four (4) Hours
Cost: $30 per person
Knowing CPR is a must for ALL! This hands-on course, developed by the American Heart Association, prepares participants to respond to cardiac and respiratory emergencies in adults, children and infants. Participants are guided through an interactive video, have classroom instruction and practical application of procedures on appropriately sized manikins.

- Rescuing a choking victim
Defensive Driving – Coaching the Van Driver
Duration: Four (4) Hours
Cost: $30 per person
If you or your organization has to transport individuals on the road, this class is for you! Driving accidents are the number one cause of accidental deaths in America. Drivers need to understand the dangers while driving the Florida roads and the difference between driving your personal vehicle and a van. This defensive driving workshop is endorsed by the National Safety Council and presented through video, interactive discussion and lecture.

First Aid and Universal Precautions
Duration: Four (4) Hours
Cost: $30 per person
This intensive workshop is ideal for those who are employed in the health care industry or parents seeking additional information on how to respond to medical emergencies such as bleeding, burns, bites, heart attacks, stroke, seizures, etc. This workshop also covers universal precautions. This informational forum is presented in lay terms and concepts are easily digested by individuals with non-medical backgrounds. Participants are given the opportunity to ask questions in an interactive forum and partake in group exercises.
