Our Refund and Cancellation Policy

Arc Educates has established a fair and equitable, clearly defined, and uniformly administered cancellation and refund policy for cancellations, withdrawals, and terminations.  Arc Educates does not require written or in person notification of cancellation or withdrawal.

As of April 19, 2022 our policy states: 

Arc Educates does not require notification of cancellation or withdrawal in person as a condition for making refunds, nor charge any penalty for failure to notify the institution in writing. 

Participants are due a 100% refund of course costs when courses are cancelled by Arc Educates, the participant never attends including due to extenuating circumstances, the participant withdrawals or the participant is terminated from the course by Arc Educates.

At the request of the participant, he/she may be moved to and be enrolled in a future class.
