Arc Educates is dedicated to supporting individuals through quality, affordable professional development training and educational programs. Our mission is to educate and support individuals as they develop into lifelong learners. 

Established in 2003, Arc Educates specializes in programs designed for individuals who work in the culinary arts and human services fields (including nonprofit and for-profit entities, government, independent service providers, and caregivers). In addition to providing professional development and education training, Arc Educates offers three certification courses including DSPATHS (Direct Support Professional Advancement through Training and Education in Human Services), Material Handler Program and Entry Level Culinary Arts Certificate Program. Arc Educates is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Continung Education and Training(ACCET). ID#1502

Arc Educates has grown into one of the largest training providers for the human services industry in South Florida.  Arc Educates maintains an extensive network of seasoned and qualified professionals who have years of practical, on-the-job experience, qualifying them to address the unique demands of the human services field.

Arc Educates is a mission-based enterprise of Arc Broward.

Since 1956, Arc Broward has worked hand-in-hand with our community, changing how people with developmental disabilities and life challenges are embraced and included. This critical work ensures that people with disabilities, not only live, learn, work, and play in their communities, but more importantly, thrive.

Arc Broward operates at 9 locations and provides 21 programs throughout Broward County, FL. Arc Broward’s two social enterprises — Arc Educates, and Arc Culinary — are groundbreaking efforts to transform the community by providing opportunities for people with disabilities and other life challenges to realize their full potential.
