Our Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Refund for CEU events and Professional Crisis Management, CPR, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) courses:

  • Cancellations must be made either by email (preferred method) or by speaking directly by telephone to the Training Coordinator. A cancellation cannot be made by leaving a telephone voice message.
  • Refunds of registration for capacity limited courses will be issued as indicated:
    • Notice of 72 hours or more - full refund
    • Within 72 hours of the start of the course- 50% refund 
    • Same day notice - the registration fee is non-refundable. The Training Coordinator may re-enroll the individual for a future class at a re-enrollment fee of 75% of the course cost.
    • No notice/no show – the registration fee is non-refundable and credit will not be given.
  • Paid courses may be transferred to another individual at any time with the approval from the Training Coordinator.
  • Paid courses that are started but not completed in full (typically multi-day courses) will not be refunded.  Customers will not receive credit for the course until the entire course is complete.  Based on the circumstances, the Training Coordinator may re-enroll the individual at a re-enrollment fee of 75% of the course cost.

Cancellation/Refund for courses other than those specifically listed above:

  • Refunds will not be issued, regardless if notice is provided.
  • Credit will be given for the course. The Training Coordinator will work with the customer to enroll in a future course.
  • Paid courses may be transferred to another individual at any time with the approval from the Training Coordinator.
